We will enable you to do it right at the very first time itself. What doesn’t InstaMobile do? We don’t ship packages for you  . That is something that you will have to fulfill on your end. Be prepared for additional workload in your shipping/logistics department, or else the orders will start piling up from your mobile store faster than your web-store. How do I install InstaMobile ? You don’t have to install InstaMobile at all. Our folks here will do the entire job of creating the mobile store for your website, getting it approved by the mobile marketplace, ensure that the application is up-to-date and current with all the OS upgrades and patches that the manufacturer keeps making. We will also offer you free upgrades as we make this even better, constantly! What is to be done from my side, in order to start selling on the mobile devices? You need to give us the URL of the web-store, choose a package/plan to sign-up for and pay for your mobile store using a valid credit card. Do I need to know programming to change my shop UI and aesthetics? You don’t need to know any programming or hire any programmers to do any stuff. Any changes to the UI color and theme will be done from easy to use control panel and changes are reflected even on the application that has been already downloaded on a device from the mobile marketplace.Top Payments Related What methods of payments can my end customers use? Credit card payment. Will I be using my existing merchant account? Very much. We are just extending your store to the mobile and it will continue to collect the sales dollars in the merchant account that your web-store uses. The customer will use the same payment processor to mark their payments for the purchase made on the mobile. How much does it cost to run my application on mobile device? You can check our easy to understand and choose packages and plan here How do I get charged? InstaMobile will charge you depending on the package that you have signed up for. The same will be reflected as a transaction on your credit card. How will I be paying to InstaMobile ? You will need a Visa, or Mastercard credit card to pay for your mobile store powered by InstaMobile . Every monthly cycle you will be sent an invoice in an email to detail the fees. However, in case of package deal you will be sent a notification to manually set the billing preference after the end of the package duration. This will be sent well ahead of time so that you can plan accordingly. How will I manage the orders generated from the mobile store? You will continue to manage the orders generated from the mobile store in the same manner as you currently manage your web-orders from your eCommerce solution.
